Categorial Imperative
Using the categorial imperative concept, cheating is imoral because it shows intent upon doing so. Cheating is not universally excepted because by doing so it shows that the individual does not fully understand the materially in which they want to pass. It completely defeats the whole purpose in which they set out to accomplish. Because they want to show that they fully understand whatever it maybe that they are being tested but in reality they don’t.

You’re onto something when you say that cheating “completely defeats the whole purpose”. But how do we fit this idea within the precise wording that Kant gives to the categorical imperative?
